By accessing or using any service provided by Caloris Planitia Technologies Private Limited (“Caloris Planitia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the E-School Management System (“ESM Admin”) and the Online Quiz System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a school, organisation, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.
Caloris Planitia offers the following software-as-a-service products:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or registering an organisation. You are responsible for:
For the Online Quiz System, the organisation administrator (the person who registers the org slug) is responsible for all users within that organisation, including students and sub-admins.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account and enter into these Terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed via PayPal. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your PayPal account on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Current pricing is published on our Quiz System pricing page and on the onboarding page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment and terminated after 30 days.
Prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for paying any such amounts imposed by your jurisdiction.
Both ESM Admin and the Online Quiz System are billed at a single flat rate per user per month, with a 30-user minimum. There is no free tier and no payment method is required simply to view pricing. See our Pricing page for current rates.
Both products can be tried live, without registering, via the demo links on their respective product pages.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the service (“Your Data”). By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit Your Data solely to provide the service.
On termination of your account, you may request an export of Your Data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may permanently delete Your Data.
All software, design, trademarks, logos, and content comprising the services are the exclusive property of Caloris Planitia Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding.
You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the service may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.
We aim to maintain service availability of at least 99% per calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scheduled maintenance will be notified at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
Support is provided by email, with a target response time of 2 business days for all customers — there are no separate support tiers. Large institutions with on-premise or custom deployment needs can contact us to discuss a dedicated arrangement.
We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at legal@calorisplanitia.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Caloris Planitia shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kanpur, India.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that mandates local law protection, nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
